Imagine a space that's open every day, from 9am to 7pm (and until 8pm in peak season), where you drop by between waves, unwind with family, and pause for a moment before exploring Seignosse and beyond. A place designed to follow your desires, the seasons, and the energy of the day — quite simply.

We created this open space, reflecting the spirit of Les Maritimes, for all the moments and meet-ups that shape your holiday:
- The concierge service : The starting point for all your adventures. Personalised guidance, trail suggestions, outings, and unmissable insider tips. : les Landes by locals.
- Check-in/Check-out : No fixed reception counter... ; just a warm, mobile welcome around a table to take care of the formalities.
- A coffee corner : A quiet coffee corner with coffee, water, and soft drinks — just what you need during your visit.
- The Conversation Pit : A small downstairs lounge where you can relax, share, laugh, and reflect on the day with friends or family.
- Coworking space : A few tables, sockets, and a bench where you can quickly catch up on a bit of work before setting off again to explore.
- Corner shop : Objects, textiles, and local finds to take a little of Les Maritimes spirit home with you.
