At Collection Rivages, togetherness has a long history : a family story, where meals bring couples, families and friends together. Outdoor hospitality, for us, is about these moments: big tables, a generous dish making the rounds, a conversation with no end in sight... Each table is designed as a place of connection, where people genuinely come together.
Seasonal by nature, our cuisine also embraces the relaxed pace of the holidays : unpretentious, but always honest.

Under the pines, the Chill Bar is where surfers, locals, and curious minds come together : to enjoy life and share the moment. Easygoing and open in spirit, it’s a place where everyone belongs, from quick breaks between sessions to evenings that drift on.
A day at the Chill Bar
Morning mood : the day gets off to a great start with a hearty breakfast. From fluffy pancakes to açai bowls with crunchy granola, indulgent milkshakes and fresh juices — the ideal way to refuel before heading out on the ocean or for a day exploring the coast.
Sunset vibes : as the sun begins to dip, the energy rises. An apéritif with friends continues into the night, with acoustic concerts playing in the background to give that taste of endless summer. Eat, drink, dance... and let the Landes magic happen.
The Chill Bar is more than just a bar, it's a state of mind : drop in whenever you like, stay a little longer than you planned, and leave with a lifetime of memories.
